After the adventure at sea, the day continues with a guided tour of the fishing port of Estepona. Here, they will explore the sales process at the Lonja, learn about the variety of local fish and seafood, and witness the arrival of boats loaded with the fresh catch of the day.

The experience is completed with a Fish Quality and Freshness Workshop, where they will learn to identify the characteristics of a fresh and quality fish, as well as the organoleptic properties and will receive valuable advice to recognize the authentic fish.
