Route of the raisin. World agricultural heritage

On this route, we will explore El Borge, immersing ourselves in its culture and traditions through its streets of Arab origin, full of stories and legends of bandits.

We will visit the house of “El Bizco”, a famous bandit, and the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary. Then, in a local bar, guided by the owner, we will learn how to cook ancestral recipes with the Axarquía raisin, a product recognized as World Agricultural Heritage.

We will finish by tasting the prepared dishes, accompanied by local wines, in an authentically sweet gastronomic experience.
